Malaysian Chronicles and Investment Aviation Analyst, need to review back of this article

As I referring to  Malaysian Chronicles' article on " After Los Angeles, Malaysia Airlines may cut more routes", which was published 29th January 2014, The Malaysian Chronicles and Investment Aviation Analyst are advised to get accurate information. There are lots of mistakes and wrong information in the article, which leads to misunderstanding. And I hope that Malaysian Chronicle and Analyst should take notes of their mistakes

There are four mistakes, both parties need to revise of this article. For example:

Mistake 1:

Comment 1:
Malaysia Airlines serves to Cairo?
Currently, Egypt Air is the only airlines serve between Kuala Lumpur and Cairo via Bangkok and offers three weekly flights.

Mistake 2:
Comment 2:
MAS flies once a week to Dubai? This is wrong information. Malaysia Airlines is currently operating DAILY flight to Dubai.  Since 5th January 2014, Malaysia Airlines changed its fleet by deploying Airbus 330-300 on this route. This Airbus aircraft is more fuel-efficient and offers better inflight cabin better than ageing Boeing 777-200ER.

                                                                                   from traveldailymedia.com
Emirates offers four times weekly?
Actually, Emirates offers FOUR DAILY flights with mix aircrafts of Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 777-300 and  Airbus 380-800. This is based on MAHB Timetable.

Mistake 3:
Comment 3:
a)   Air Ticket Price. Based on Malaysia Airlines’ and Emirates’ website show that, the different from the statement. Malaysia Airlines offers lower price ticket (which is less than 26.57%, including taxes) than Emirates, on Economy class (on 1st March 2014).

Airline
Malaysia Airlines
Emirates
Differences
Percentage Differences
Price (RM)
1863
2537

26.57%

b)     Needs a minimum seven flights? The airline has already reinstated the daily flight to Dubai since 5th August 2013.

Mistake 4:
Comment 4:
Not much money to be made?.. Hmm.. I am so not sure with the point… Yes, Malaysia Airlines is currently operating three weekly flights to Istanbul. Therefore, it actually reflects to demand of the airline on this route. However, since Turkish Airlines has resumed back its service to Kuala Lumpur from 25th April 2013, the airline is currently, offers with a four weekly flights and utilizing mix fleet of Airbus 330/340. Since the introduction of this route, the demand becomes increases. Besides, the airline plans to increase flights to Kuala Lumpur in this year. Thus, it shows that there is increasing demands on this route. Starting 30th March 2014, Turkish Airlines will increase its flight to six and become daily flight from 28th April 2014. I don't think, it is just only for leisure destination, it can be as business destinations as Turkey on of the powerful economy countries in the world. Turkish Airlines' hub in Istanbul Kamal Antarturk Airport is one of the fastest growing airport in Europe and the world (similar to Dubai, Doha and Abu Dhabi) and becoming transit hub especially from Asia to Europe (vice versa). Turkish Airlines has extensively routes network in Europe and one of the largest airlines in Europe. With Advantages offers by Turkish Airlines and Istanbul/Kamal Antarturk Airport, have attracted passengers and 'stealing' market from Gulf hubs in Doha, Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Review 1:

Comment 1:
Why Malaysia Airlines should suspend flights to Frankfurt?
I need more information/evidence and need some clarifications on this statement. Malaysia Airlines is operating five weekly flights to Frankfurt. The airline is now competing with Lufthansa on this route. Lufthansa is serving between Kuala Lumpur and Frankfurt with four weekly flights basis. Starting on 30th March, Lufthansa will introduce nonstop flight to Kuala Lumpur from its hub in Frankfurt am Main. Moreover, the airline is raises its frequency to Kuala Lumpur from four to five flight basis. Besides that, Kuala Lumpur becomes the airline transit before continue its journey to Jakarta. The point is there is demand between Kuala Lumpur and Frankfurt.

After review of the article, I hope that the Malaysian Chronicles and Aviation Analyst should do more study and get more information before publishing articles, in order to avoid misunderstanding, especially to the readers/Netizens. Arios!
