Scandinavian Airlines, is the flag carriers of trio – Scandinavian countries : Sweden, Denmark, and Norway. Is the largest airlines airlines in Northern regions. The main hubs of this airlines are in Capital of these countries which are Copenhagen Kastrup airport, Stockholm Arlanda airport, Oslo – Gardomeon airport. This airlines also the one of the five founders of Star Alliance, the largest airlines alliance in the world. The airlines establish in 1946 and the headquarters located in Stockholm. This airlines is formed by three flag carrier due to less number of domestic destinations in their own country. which are Det Danske Luftfartselskab, Svensk Interkontinental Lufttrafik and Det Norske Luftfartselskap. SAS is also the founder or was owned of some airlines such as THAI, LAN Chile, Air Baltic, Estonia, Widerøe, Braathens, Blue1 and Spanair. Currently, SAS operate large numbers of Boeing 737s, Airbus 320s families, Airbus 330 - 300, Airbus 340 – 300, MD – 80s families, CRJ 900s.
