Hot Issue :More flights to Australia for Malaysia Airlines!


According to airlineroute.net, Malaysia Airlines increasing its presence by adding more flights to Australian cities. There will be third daily flights to Melbourne and Sydney. Adding frequencies to Adelaide and Perth as well as new route to Darwin (already mentioned in my previous post).  Most flights operated by using Malaysia Airlines' latest Airbus 330 - 300 or  Boeing 777 - 200 ER.


Kuala Lumpur - Sydney
Malaysia Airlines initially announcing increasing flights from 14 to 18 flights from 21 November and then, increase to  third daily flight from 5 February 2014 by using Boeing 777 - 200 ER with total seat of 282. The flights. The flight will begin using MH 143 which depart at 1930 and arrive 0625 in next morning and easy connections from Sydney to East - Coast Australia destinations. While MH 142 will depart at 0850 and arrive 1415 on the same day, giving better for transit passengers fly to India (most flights leave at late evening), Colombo, Bangkok and other parts of ASEAN. Kuala Lumpur - Melbourne 
From 21 November 2013, Malaysia Airlines also adding third flights to Melbourne. The Airlines will used MH 149 for outbound from KUL at 2345 and arrive in the late morning at 1030. The flights turned to MH 148 leaves at 1510 and arrives at 2010 night - convenient for passengers transit for at least 3 - 4 hours before flying next trip to European cities). Malaysia Airlines operated the flights by utilizing Boeing 777 - 200 ER. For more information click HERE.

Kuala Lumpur - Perth/ Adelaide
Malaysia Airlines is also adding additional flights to secondary cities in Perth and Adelaide. Malaysia Airlines is also adding 11th weekly to the city from 23 November 2013 which departs from KUL on  Saturdays (departure 2020 and arrive 0130pm) and leave from Perth on Sundays (departure 0250 and arrive 0820). Malaysia Airlines operating Airbus 330 - 300 on this frequency. Adelaide also enjoy additional 8th flight, operate on Fridays - MH 137 (departure: 2045, arrive 0815) and leave from Adelaide - MH 136 (departure 1000 and arrive 1445). Click HERE snd HERE

Kuala Lumpur - Darwin
Darwin is the latest Australian city and serves from 1 November 2013. As mentioned in my previous post, Malaysia Airlines will launch 5 weekly flights. However, the airlines has recently reduced the flight to 4 weekly flights. The airlines using small capacity aircraft  Boeing 737 - 800 with capacity 160 seats. For more information Click HERE
